We successfully crafted, optimized, and developed a comprehensive library of statement of work, including technical specifications, service performance, and operational management requirements for the following solutions and services:

Provided subject-matter expertise in knowledge-based information research and data analytics supporting DoD and Federal civilian government agencies seeking network solutions and telecommunications technology services.  Our proven experience and portfolio of projects supported helped us succesfully developed and delivered  over 65 SOW templates tailored for government customers seeking telecommunications products and services under the GSA Network Services Program.

City of Virginia Beach Communications and Information Technology Department

Developed a roadmap and assessment of the city’s IP telephony assets and enterprise voice service which comprise a multitude of traditional circuit-switched voice, legacy PBX and IP-enabled voice systems, outdatedLMR (Land Mobile Radio) devices and various communications equipment among others. The goal was to prepare and plan for the migration of the city's non-public safety units from traditional voice and  legacy platform to an integrated unified communications hosted or cloud-based platform. Our company p erformed an assessment and inventory of existing assets, performed product research,  conducted surveys and technical evaluation and collaborated with leading technology vendors and suppliers of Unified Communications (UC) software and solutions including:
  • Microsoft Office Communications Server (OCS) and Microsoft Lync
  • Avaya Aura® Communication Manager
  • Twisted Pair Solutions' WAVE® Software
  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)

US Postal Service

Collaborated with IT to develope and design solutions to support USPS business segment and bulk mailers for an enhanced USPS Facility Access and Shipment Tracking system.
The PostalOne!® system offers a Web-based alternative to existing manual mailing processes with an electronic suite of services designed exclusively for business mailers. It is an information management system that sets the foundation for a seamless acceptance mailing process. The system provides an electronic linkage between a customer’s mailing information and Postal Service business mail acceptance and induction processes. This collaboration will give customers a streamlined process for mail entry, payment, tracking and reporting.
Project managed and maintain scheduled software release and upgrades to the systems EDI (Electronic Data Exchange). There were three methods that allow postal bulk mailers to submit postage statements electronically:

  • Mail.XML
