Program Management and Advisory Support

  • Provide professional advisory support services, program management, and knowledge-based market research/analysis to help customers strategize and plan for transition from legacy platform, systems, and services to the new cloud-based or network based services.
  • Provide operational support and sustainment of services. Our background knowledge and hands-on experience in the acquisition process, methodology and best practices in developing solicitation requirements for our customers including such tasks as defining the scope of solicitation, technical specifications, and service performance level, and the ongoing management and operational support of the customer's telecommunications assets and IT infrastructure.
  • Provide administrative and operational support services to help and assist customers strategize, plan, analyze, and define the desired solutions in the acquisition, deployment, and lifecycle management of technology and telecommunications services.
  • Perform inventory management, conduct site audits and site surveys of existing services/network assets, and define task order for the acquisition of IT and telecommunications products
